Dr. Thomas S. Higgins, Jr., MD, MSPH is a subspecialist in Rhinology, the medical and surgical management of sinus and nasal disease. He is board-certified in otolaryngology and had fellowship subspecialty training from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions.

Dr. Thomas Higgins provides quality care for both adults and children. His clinical practice is based with a phenomenal group of ENT physicians at Kentuckiana Ear, Nose & Throat, P.S.C. 
in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Louisville, Division of Otolaryngology, Department of Surgery. He is a member of the American Rhinologic Society (ARS) and the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy (AAOA). 

Dr. Thomas Higgins is one of only a few fellowship-trained rhinologists (sinus specialists) in the country with advanced training in managing chronic sinusitis and sinus-related conditions. He specializes in complex and revision endoscopic sinus surgery as well as the medical/nonsurgical management of sinus disease. He has extensive experience in revision and frontal sinus surgery, as well as expanded endonasal procedures. He also manages complex sinus issues in the pediatric population.

Dr. Higgins sees patients locally and from many hours away for consultation of difficult sinus and skull base problems. Appointments can be made at one of three locations, and our pleasant staff can assist in directing you to the best location for you.
